    Working Principle

    The working principle of bow shaped shackles is mainly based on the principle of elastic deformation of metals. When current passes through a conductive device, the bow shaped plate is subjected to magnetic force and undergoes bow shaped deformation. The rebound force generated by this deformation can counteract the magnetic force of the current, thereby achieving automatic tripping. When the current exceeds the rated current, the bow shaped plate reaches its maximum bending amount, causing the contacts on the fixed rod to instantly separate, thereby achieving rapid power-off and avoiding the harm of free arc and when the current is cut off, the restoring force of the bow shaped plate will cause the contact point to return to the fixed pole position, restoring power supply.
